性能特點(diǎn)：

1、蒸汽加熱均勻、傳熱效率高、加熱時(shí)間短；

2、可充分利用廢熱作為熱源，降低生蒸汽用量；

3、物料經(jīng)分配裝置均勻分配于蒸發(fā)器各加熱管內(nèi)，物料在重力和真空誘導(dǎo)及氣流作用下，成膜狀自上而下流動，運(yùn)動過程中與加熱管外壁加熱蒸汽發(fā)生熱交換而蒸發(fā)；

4、蒸發(fā)過程在真空環(huán)境，蒸發(fā)溫度相對低，蒸發(fā)器不易結(jié)垢；5、適用于發(fā)泡性物料蒸發(fā)濃縮，由于料液在加熱管內(nèi)成膜狀蒸發(fā)，即形成汽液分離，同時(shí)在效體底部，料液大部份即被抽走，只有少部分料液與所有二次蒸汽進(jìn)入分離器強(qiáng)化分離，料液整過程沒有形成太大沖擊，避免了泡沫的形成；

6、對于果汁或乳品蒸發(fā)濃縮，設(shè)備可同時(shí)具備殺菌功能，物料先經(jīng)預(yù)熱，然后進(jìn)入殺菌器，可達(dá)到90-125度，維持30-60秒左右，即進(jìn)入效體，物料迅速閃蒸，溫度瞬間下降；

7、本設(shè)備可配備CIP清洗系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)就地清洗，整套設(shè)備操作方便，；

8、可配蒸汽噴射泵，降低蒸汽消耗量，節(jié)約運(yùn)行成本；

Performance Characteristics：

Suitable for foaming material evaporation and concentration, the liquid in the heating pipe is evaporated inform of the membrane in evaporator, that will be the formation of vapor-liquid separation, at the same time in the bottom most of liquid is pumped away, only a little feed liquid mix with secondary steam enter into the separator enhanced separation, in the whole process did not form too high impact, which will avoid to form bubble.

6. For fruit juice or milk evaporation concentration, this equipment can have the functions of sterilization, material preheat at first, and then enter the sterilizer, can reach 90-125

degrees, maintain 30-60 seconds, in effect body, the material is quickly flash evaporated, temperature decline transiently.
