l 表面采用SUS304不銹鋼材質(zhì)，接觸物料部位采用SUS316L不銹鋼和醫(yī)用級(jí)硅橡膠，符合GMP規(guī)范要求。The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, which meets the requirements of GMP regulations.

l 陶瓷柱塞泵實(shí)現(xiàn)定量灌裝，耐酸堿侵蝕，耐磨耐高溫，灌裝精度高。Ceramic plunger pump realizes quantitative filling, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and high filling accuracy.

l 膠塞的排序和輸送通過(guò)振動(dòng)盤實(shí)現(xiàn)，采用SUS316L不銹鋼潔凈盤，無(wú)清潔死角，頂盤可拆卸并支持滅菌。The sorting and conveying of the rubber stoppers is realized by the vibrating plate, which adopts SUS316L stainless steel clean plate, without cleaning dead angle, and the top plate is detachable and supports sterilization.

l 采用國(guó)際品牌電氣元件，實(shí)行無(wú)干擾模塊化控制，同步動(dòng)作全部由伺服電機(jī)控制完成，準(zhǔn)確可靠，操作方便。It adopts electrical components of international famous brands, implements non-interference modular control, and all synchronous actions are controlled by servo motors, which are accurate, reliable and easy to operate.

l 由PLC編程控制器控制電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，人機(jī)交互界面實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控顯示各工位的工作狀態(tài)，實(shí)時(shí)自動(dòng)報(bào)警顯示故障位置、故障提示。The operation of the motor is controlled by the PLC programming controller, the human-computer interaction interface monitors and displays the working status of each station in real time, and the real-time automatic alarm displays the fault location and fault prompt.
