This drier is applicable for the mixture,grnulation and drying of powder materials.It is widely used kin the filelds of harmaceutical,foodstuff,chemical,light industries,etc and is one of the granulating drier adoped extensively in the world at present.

所有與物料接觸部件全部采用不銹鋼制作。
采用硅橡膠充氣密封圈密封。
采用二流式噴槍可控制顆粒大小。
混合，造粒，干燥集中在同一密閉容器內(nèi)完成，運作快速、高效，并避兔粉塵飛揚，泄漏和污染。
本設(shè)備上頂·下底均為碟形封頭，造型美觀·風(fēng)阻小，*，易清洗，潔凈、符合GMP要求。

工作原理
粉狀物料投入料斗密閉容器內(nèi)，由干熱氣流的作用，使粉末懸浮呈流化狀循環(huán)流動，達到均勻混合，同時噴入霧狀粘結(jié)劑潤濕容器內(nèi)的粉末，使粉末凝聚成疏松的小顆粒，成粒的同時，由于熱氣流對其作高效干燥，水份不斷蒸發(fā)，粉末不斷凝固，此過程重復(fù)進行，形成理想的，均勻多微孔球狀顆粒、干燥三個工序，即簡?quot;一步制粒"。

Working Prinicple
