原理 Principle

ZS系列圓形振動(dòng)篩適用于流水作業(yè)，是大小顆粒比例不等過篩連續(xù)出料的理想設(shè)備。
◇本機(jī)由料斗、振蕩室、聯(lián)軸器、電機(jī)組成。振蕩室內(nèi)有偏心輪、橡膠軟墊、主軸、軸承等組成。可調(diào)節(jié)的偏心重錘經(jīng)馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)傳達(dá)到主軸中心線，在不平衡狀態(tài)下，產(chǎn)生離心力，使物料強(qiáng)度改變在篩內(nèi)形成軌道旋渦。重錘調(diào)節(jié)器的振幅大小可根據(jù)不同物料和篩網(wǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整?！笳麢C(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊密、體積小、不揚(yáng)塵、噪音低、質(zhì)量高、能耗低、移動(dòng)、維修方便。
zS series vibration sieve is suitable for in line production.lt is an ideal device for granule that has uneven size to sieve continuously.
The machine consists of hopper ,vibration chamber and coupling and motor.There are eccentric wheel rubber soft parts, main shaft bearingａnd so on.The adjustable eccentric weight can drive to the central line of main shaft through motor. Under the unstable state, it produces
centrifugal force that makes raw materialform vortex in the sieve.The size of amplitude of eccentric weight can be regulated in accordancewith the different raw materials.
The whole structure of machine is compact,small n volume, no dust, low in noise, low in energy consume,convenient in moving andmaintenance.
