一、酵母真空轉鼓過濾機簡介
酵母真空轉鼓過濾機是我公司在不斷總結客戶單位使用的寶貴經(jīng)驗基礎上持續(xù)完善，吸收國外的技術，結合我公司生產(chǎn)的淀粉真空轉鼓過濾機的合理結構，自主研制開發(fā)的酵母專用JM型真空轉鼓過濾機，本機連續(xù)運轉、自動操作、過濾速度快、濾液澄清度高、運轉可靠、維修方便，式一種理想的酵母液脫水設備，可替代國外同類進口設備。

二、工作原理
酵母真空轉鼓過濾機工作原理與一般真空轉鼓過濾機基本相同，主要區(qū)別在于轉鼓無格室，濾室不分腔，過濾前必須進行過濾介質(zhì)（如馬鈴薯淀粉）的預涂，由預涂層和不銹鋼濾布共同完成過濾。在真空抽吸作用下，轉鼓外表面逐漸吸上所需要的預涂層厚度，然后注入被過濾的酵母液，在真空抽下作用下，開始過濾。液體被吸入轉鼓內(nèi)通道被抽走，懸浮液中的酵母被吸附在預涂層表面，機械刮刀自動進給，不斷刮去酵母濾餅，距轉鼓表面5-6mm時，刮刀自動停止進給，然后退刀，重新預涂，進入下一個工作循環(huán)。
