垂直提升不用愁斗式提升機(jī)解你憂：斗式提升機(jī)是一種新型的垂直輸送設(shè)備，適用于低處往高處提升，本機(jī)對一切顆粒狀、塊狀、粉狀的固體物料都可以輸送，廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山、冶金、機(jī)械、建材、化工、橡膠、醫(yī)藥、電力、糧食、食品等行業(yè)塊狀、粉狀、短纖維狀固體物料的提升。
垂直提升不用愁斗式提升機(jī)解你憂工作原理：料斗把物料舀起，隨著輸送帶或鏈提升到頂部，繞過頂輪后向下翻轉(zhuǎn)，將物料傾入接受槽內(nèi)。帶傳動的斗式提升機(jī)的傳動帶一般采用橡膠帶，裝在下或者上面的傳動滾筒和上下面的改向滾筒上。鏈傳動的斗式提升機(jī)一般裝有兩條平行的傳動鏈，上或下面有一對傳動鏈輪，下或上面有一對改向輪。斗式提升機(jī)一般都裝有機(jī)殼，以防止機(jī)體內(nèi)塵土飛揚。
特點:1.驅(qū)動率小，采用流入式喂料，誘導(dǎo)式卸料，大容量的料斗密集型布置，在物料提升時幾乎無回料和挖料現(xiàn)象，因此無效功率少。
2.提升范圍廣，這類提升機(jī)對物料的種類、特性要求少，不但能提升一般 粉狀、小顆粒物料，而且還可以提升較大的物料，密封性好，環(huán)境污染少。
3、運行可靠性好，是設(shè)計原理和加工方法，保證了整機(jī)運行的可靠性，*時間超過2萬小時，提升高度高，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，因此可達(dá)到較高的提升高度。
4、使用壽命長，提升機(jī)是喂料采取流入式，無需用都挖料，材料之間很少發(fā)生擠壓和碰撞現(xiàn)象。

Hedong District Dahua Machinery Factory of Linyi City is situated at the eastern bank of the beautiful Yihe River, the western foot of the Phoenix Mountain famous in Shandong and Shanxi Province, which is a major agricultural machinery manufacturer and is a contract-abiding and credit-keeping unit. The factory has been healthily and comprehensively developed under great supports and favorable environment from the local government in recent years.
本廠現(xiàn)有職工80余人其中設(shè)計工程師6名，本科畢業(yè)生13名，技校生10余名，技術(shù)力量雄厚，車間素質(zhì)高。車間有鑄造、鍛打機(jī)加工、安裝流水線，近期研究人員已開發(fā)了錘片式FFC-45C、FFFC-45D粉碎機(jī)、FZR50、40、40B、320系列鍘草揉搓粉碎機(jī)。
Currently there are more than 80 staffs working at the factory, including 6 designing engineers, 13 undergraduates and more than 10 technical school graduates. The factory is equipped with strong technical strength the workshops are well-equipped with advanced equipment. The workshops are equipped with forging, forging and hammering machine processing, installation production line and the research and development staffs have developed hammer FFC-45C, FFFC-45D,FZR50, 40, 40B and 320 series grass cutting and kneading crushers and 12 type peanut harvesters, which are the first inauguration in the province.
