不銹鋼回收料（廢料）清洗機是專門為不銹鋼廢料回收后進行熔爐前除污清洗而設計的一套自動除油、除塵清洗系統(tǒng)。它主要由槽體、加熱系統(tǒng)、超聲波系統(tǒng)和循環(huán)系統(tǒng)等部分組成。其中槽體的主要作用是盛放清洗液、浸泡溶解掉要清洗工件上的污垢。利用超聲波的空化效應結合清洗劑的清潔能力實現(xiàn)對不銹鋼廢料的快速、*的除油、除塵清洗作業(yè)。配合循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，減少清洗劑的使用，提高清洗效率。

Stainless steel recycling material (waste) after cleaning machine is designed for stainless steel scrap recycling furnace decontamination cleaning and design a set of automatic oil removal, dust cleaning system. It consists mainly of slot, heating system, ultrasonic system and circulatory system. The main function of the channel is to release the cleaning fluid and soak the dirt on the workpiece.
