Working principle

無塵投料站適用于制藥、化工、食品、電池材料等行業(yè)中、小袋物料的拆包、投放、篩分和卸料。拆包時由于集塵風(fēng)機(jī)的作用,可以避免物料粉塵到處飛揚(yáng)。當(dāng)物料解袋并倒入下一道工序時,只需人工直接拆包投入到該系統(tǒng),物料通過振動篩(安全篩網(wǎng)),可將大塊物料和異物攔截,從而保證符合要求的顆粒排出。
