菌種培養(yǎng)罐：常用的一種菌種培養(yǎng)罐，及用來制作酸奶的工作發(fā)酵劑；

Use:usually used for bacterium seeding cting，which is used to make zymogen for yogurt.

使用范圍：

乳品行業(yè)中可用作各種調(diào)配罐、配料罐、酸奶發(fā)酵罐。

Use of fermentation tank：for mixing of all kinds of materials in dairy industry.

發(fā)酵罐是一種對(duì)物料進(jìn)行機(jī)械攪拌與發(fā)酵的設(shè)備。該設(shè)備采用內(nèi)循環(huán)方式，采用非對(duì)稱調(diào)速攪拌，使物料快速降溫，同時(shí)限度減少對(duì)物料粘度的破壞。罐體采用SUS304或SUS316L進(jìn)口不銹鋼，罐內(nèi)配有自動(dòng)噴淋清洗機(jī)頭，確保生產(chǎn)過程符合GMP要求，的介質(zhì)導(dǎo)流設(shè)計(jì)使得冷卻介質(zhì)在夾套

中分布更均勻，避免短路，從而達(dá)到高效的傳熱效果。

The fermentation tank is used for mechanical blending and fermentation of milk.The tank adopts internal recycling mode and blending paddle to distribute and break up bubbles.Therefore，high speed of oxygen solution and good quality of blending are achieved.Tank body is made of SUS304 or SUS316L imported stainless steel，ａnd automatic spraying and cleaning nozzle in the tank to ensure producing procedure comply with GMP requirements.
