氣動(dòng)蝶閥是在傳統(tǒng)蝶閥的基礎(chǔ)上加以改進(jìn)、以滿足制藥及特殊衛(wèi)生要求行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、而專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)的 新一代產(chǎn)品。該蝶閥的設(shè)計(jì)、制造過(guò)程都是以衛(wèi)生為前提條件，操作人員可迅速拆卸，*清洗，快速組裝，*符合CIP要求。具有設(shè)計(jì)精確，零部件互換性強(qiáng)，經(jīng)濟(jì)、方便、適用的特點(diǎn)。

Sterile butterfly valve is a new item on the basis of traditional butterfly valve, which was improved and specialized in the production about Pharmaceutical & The trade of Special sanitary standards. The prerequisite of design & manufacturing process is sanitation. The operator can assemble and disassemble quickly, clean easily and according to the CIP demands compley. The feature is precise design, the spare parts are easy to replace, economical，convenient and suitable.

b） 裝料和卸料可一步完成；
Charging & Discharging can be finished at the same time.
c） 蝶閥出口端可以直接向容器輸送粉末、膠囊、顆粒物料等；
The outlet end of butterfly valves can convey the material directly （such as powder, capsule, grain, etc… ）
d） 主要應(yīng)用在制藥、食品、化妝品以及精細(xì)化工行業(yè)；
It is main used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, cosmetics and fine chemicals industries.
e） 無(wú)菌氣動(dòng)控制。

e） 適用于真空和高壓環(huán)境；
Apply to the vacuum and high pressure conditions.
