It is characterized by a high-precision position feedback system and simple parametrization using the Parker ProPxD software. It offers an excellent price-performance ratio and best conditions for an economic, reliable operation. Advantages that count in competition When developing the D*1FC series, customer requirements and wishes were paramount for Parker. The result: a pilot operated control valve that has its strengths where it gives the user competitive advantages. Optionally available with EtherCAT® interface The D*1FC with EtherCAT® interface fulfill the requirements of modern communication between valve and main control. Due to high data transmission speed and short cycle times, also demanding control functions can be realized within the fieldbus system. The parameters of the valve electronics can be accessed where required via the free, user-friendly ProPxD software. The integrated diagnostics function also makes optimal configuration easier. These benefits are complemented by a high-quality mechanical design. The pilot valve is based on the tried and tested Parker D1FB control valve with spool/sleeve design and guarantees pilot control with high precision. Center position monitoring and designs with energy saving A-regeneration and a switchable hybrid version are also optionally available. The integrated regenerative function in the A-line (optional) allows for new energy saving circuits with differential cylinders. The hybrid version can switch between regenerative mode and standard mode at any time. D*1FC with EtherCAT These valves are actuated and monitored by the EtherCAT® interface. Actual value (spool position), temperature, operating hours and different error messages are available as diagnostic signals. The valve parameters are factory set and can be adapted with the Parker ProPxD software via the parametrizing interface. In addition to the fieldbus communication, the valves provide the range of functions of the standard version including analogue command signal and diagnostic spare stroke. Thus they can be operated independent of the fieldbus control, particularly during commissioning and maintenance.
